September 24 beta update now reflected in talents, spellbook, races, professions and dungeons

The changes in the September 24 beta build (1.60.1.70009) are now in the site data. That covers both what Blizzard's development notes list (September 24 beta update) and what changed in the game data without a note (changes not in the patch notes).

• Talent calculator: Updated to the new build's talent trees. New, removed and moved talents and changed values are all in, and the Classic comparison marks and recommended builds follow the new trees. Build links you've already shared still open with the same talents, even where talents were added or removed.
• Spellbook: Ability tooltips are recalculated from the new build, and cooldowns now match the game. Renamed abilities show their new names.
• Races & classes: The racials changed in this build (Gnome Eureka!, Tauren Cultivation, Undead Touch of the Grave) now show their new effects.
• Professions: Recipes and the stats of crafted items (oils, potions and more) are updated from the new build.
• Dungeon loot: Loot item stats are updated from the new build.
