Hunter's pets are overscaled for this level. They also have a premier weapon, Truthseeker's Bow, available via questing. The two factors make Hunters the top class on lvl 30 Beta, including general PVE.

Frost has their whole toolkit except Ice Barrier. They have Ice Lances as their new skill, so they now have spammable instant spells to use while kiting too. Frostbite are now not only annoying, but became deadly burst windows because of these Lances.

Ret has insane burst, but slow feet. They can cast Repentance then burst down on the opponent with everything in one or two blows, but lack consistant damage for a while afterwards. After that, they also have Hammer of Justice, and are a Paladin so they are quite durable too.

Demo and Affliction's 21 talent keystone is overpowered, but brings limitations because they can't spec down the other trees. Siphon life makes them kings of kiting, and Soul Link gives them huge damage absorption.

Prot Warrior have decent bursts against melees(Revenge is kinda broken), but lacks everything else. Still, they are tanks, so trying to outlast melees are a viable option. Prot Paladins can try to outlast the enemies, but still lacks decent bursts and followup killcatches. They can heal up, and have multiple panic buttons to help them.

Ferals have fast movements because of Feral Swiftness, and can kite or disengage enemies as they wish. But they lack proper skillset, so are often reduced to kiting melee with Moonfires or disengaging and engaging multiple times against ranged.

Arms Warriors lack Mortal Strikes, so they have to use Spearing Strikes as alternatives, which are MUCH weaker.

Rogues are unviable at the moment. They CAN burst down targets which are engaged and weakened, but neither Assassination nor Subtlety has the damage required to burst down a full health opponent during stunlocks, regardless of class. As they currently lack any form of countermeasures against a opponent which puts them in a distance(which Blinds were supposed to do, but are unavailable at lvl 30), and do not have pvp trinkets available yet, ANY panic buttons from ANY class will make them lose distance and become vulnerable targets for kiting.

Disciplines can disengage targets with Psychic Scream, and try to outlast mana classes through healing. However, they lack reliable damage skills, and Penance do not have the proper dps required to actually down a target through the stamina inflation in Forever.

Enhancement Shamans currently are very unviable; while they DO have a powerful burst opportunity with Windfury and Stormstrike, they do not have the reliable means to close in against ranged, and do not have enough dps after the combo against melees. Also, at the end of the day, Windfury is based on RNG, so a blunder from an enemy does NOT mean a kill. Still, they have a high chance of disengage available via ghost wolf.

Elemental Shamans did have a niche part that Grounding Totems could soak quite a lot of Mage damage, but as Ice Lance is now here, that is now more difficult to do so.
