The spellbook has been rebuilt from the game itself
The spellbook has been rebuilt from the ground up. It used to be based on fan data from before the beta, so it carried a few spells that are not in Forever and many numbers that were still Classic's. It is now built from what can be checked in the game itself.
- All nine class trainers were checked in game, and every ability and rank now shows the level it is learned at. Spells that cannot be learned in Forever — leftovers from an earlier seasonal event that had crept into the old data — have been removed.
- The rule is simple: if it ends up in your spellbook, it is listed — whether it comes from a trainer, a book, a quest or a talent. Active abilities learned from talents are now included, along with the passives trainers teach (Parry, Dual Wield, Plate Mail and Mail).
- Every tooltip number is recalculated from the Forever client data and checked word for word against the in-game tooltips.
What the numbers mean
Spellbook numbers are the values at the level you learn that rank, with no spell power. In game your tooltip adds your character's level and spell power, so it can read higher than this.If you spot anything that still differs from the game, please let us know.
