Touch of the Grave gives your attacks a 20% chance (once every 15 sec) to deal damage of up to 5% of your maximum health and heal you for the same amount. Warriors carry a lot of health, so each hit lands hard. For Protection it adds threat and self-healing together. In battlegrounds you attack nonstop, so it gets frequent chances to fire again once the cooldown is up, and the damage and healing add up. Will of the Forsaken instantly breaks a fear that has already landed so you stay on your target.
