Leveling guides

The Classes menu now has a Leveling Guide tab. Each of the 26 specs across the nine classes has its own guide, so talents, professions, gear and how to fight all change with the spec you level as. Not sure which to pick? The most-viewed spec for each class carries a Recommended tag.

• A level-by-level route — for levels 1–5, 6–9, 10–12, 13–16, 17–19 and 20: what to do, gear to pick up, new abilities, talent points and dungeons to run
• Recommended talents — the spec's level-20 build, which opens straight in the talent calculator
• Two recommended professions, and the gear you craft with them as you level
• Level-20 target gear — the best item for each slot first, plus a by-source view that groups everything by dungeon, quest reward and craft
• How to fight, class quests around level 20, and camping

Starting zones differ by race, so the guides follow your class rather than a zone route. Hover a spell, talent or item name in a guide for its tooltip; click to pin it.

Seven more dungeons

Dungeon Loot & Guides now covers seven more dungeons, sixteen in all. Each has a route on the map with boss strategies, drops by boss, and dungeon quests with their rewards.
