Terms of Use

1. About the site

The site is an unofficial fan site run by an individual. It is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. Anyone can use it for free.

Game information is compiled from the game client, Blizzard announcements and public sources. As the game is updated, some of it may differ from the live game or be wrong.

2. Accounts

The debates board and news comments (currently only on the Korean version) require signing in with a Google account. You choose your own nickname, but you may not use one that impersonates another person, the operator or Blizzard.

Your account is for you alone. To delete it, write to the contact address below from the email address of the Google account you sign in with.

3. Rights to your posts

You keep the rights to the topics, opinions, replies and images you post on the debates board and in comments ("posts"). You allow the site, free of charge, to show your posts on the site and to resize or reformat them to fit the page.

Posts are public for anyone to see. Only post other people's work, such as writing or images, if you have the right to.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not do any of the following.

• Posts unrelated to discussing WoW Forever (report site errors, wrong information or problems with the "Feedback" button at the bottom right)
• Abuse, insults, defamation, discrimination or hate speech, or harassing others
• Posting other people's personal information (real names, contact details, account details and so on)
• Posting other people's work or trademarks without the right to
• Advertising, promotion, spam or posting the same thing over and over
• Promoting or encouraging anything that breaks Blizzard's terms, such as trading game accounts, items or gold, private servers or cheating software
• Illegal or obscene content
• Manipulating votes or reports with multiple accounts
• Disrupting or attacking the site, for example by sending many automated requests in a short time
• Clicking ads on purpose or getting others to click them

5. Moderation and restrictions

• Posts reported by enough different users are hidden automatically.
• The operator may hide or delete posts that do not fit the purpose of the debates board or that break these terms, without notice.
• If you break these terms repeatedly, we may block you from posting or signing in, or delete your account.
• Posts you delete or that are hidden disappear from the site. Records are kept and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Using the site's content

The rights to the writing, translations, analysis, calculated results and page design created by the site belong to the site operator. Game screenshots, icons and game data are the property of Blizzard Entertainment.

You are free to quote and share with credit (the site name and address). You may not copy the site as a whole, or collect its content in bulk with automated programs to republish elsewhere.

7. Ads and external links

The site shows ads through Google AdSense. The content of ads and any dealings made through them are the advertiser's responsibility.

We are not responsible for the content of external sites the site links to.

8. Changes to the service

The site is provided free of charge, and we may change features or stop part or all of it without notice.

9. Limits of liability

We work to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is accurate or complete.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for the results of acting on the site's information, for disputes between users, or for posts made by users. This does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence on the operator's part.

10. Reporting infringement and contact

If a post or anything on the site infringes your rights, send the page address and the reason to analysthj@gmail.com. We will look into it and act right away.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the changes and the new effective date on this page. Using the site after the effective date means you agree to the updated terms.
