Brief Realm Maintenance (October 5)

Blizzard community manager Kaivax announced a brief realm maintenance on Oct 5 (Mon), 4:17 PM.

We’re going to do realm restarts in a few minutes, to apply some fixes that should improve the quality of the game service.

Beta testers who are in-game will see server messages counting down to the restart time.

And the Beta will re-open a few minutes after it goes offline.

When the Beta is down

• The restart comes a few minutes after the notice, sometime between Oct 5 4 PM–4 PM. You are disconnected when the realms go down and can log back in a few minutes later.
• If you are in-game, the server messages show the time left, so you can finish a fight or a trade before the restart.
• The notice does not say which fixes were applied.
