Choose a spec

Pick the spec you'll level as. Each spec has its own talents, professions, gear and way to fight.

• DisciplineHealerRecommendedLv 20 · 2/9/0→Discipline feels like itself early: Power Word: Shield arrives at level 6 and makes you very hard to kill. Up to 20 you take general priest power rather than Discipline talents, opening with spells and finishing with your wand to save mana. In dungeons you usually heal, but you can deal damage if the group already has a healer.
• HolyHealerLv 20 · 2/9/0→Holy's identity arrives early: heals from level 1, Renew at 8 and Flash Heal at 20. Solo, open with spells and finish with your wand to save mana — without a wand, killing slows down badly around level 10. In dungeons you heal.
• ShadowDamageLv 20 · 2/0/9→Signature Shadow spells like Shadowform come much later. Up to 20 you level the way every priest does — Smite, Mind Blast and Shadow Word: Pain, then finish with your wand — while your talents go into Spirit Tap for mana and into Shadow Word: Pain. In dungeons you deal damage, and can heal when needed.
