[Spoilers, datamined] A legendary questline hidden in the client — six vessels and the Bough of the World Tree

The official roadmap lists a new legendary questline in the spring 2027 major update. Pieces of it are already in the beta client (1.60.1) data.

Confirmed in the client

• Quest items: Nordrassil Root Cap, Pylon Fragment, Pylon Shard, Pile of Pylon Parts, Vessel Ward - Fel Ash Experimentation Notes, Pristine Fel-Slime Crystal, Wind-Infused Bough, Roots Within Stone
• Rousing Seed Pod — a spell that raises the number of Artisan's Tier items you can equip to 2.
• Ritual spells: Begin Ritual, Ritual Circle, Ritual Complete, (DNT) Legendary Ritual Success
• An enemy called Stormwraith: Stormcharged "charges the branch of Nordrassil with the power of Stormwraith"; Elune's Grace cuts its damage taken and Everlasting Bond shares its health.
• An area named Archimonde's Fall, on a map that is not public yet.

Reported only

• The Bough of the World Tree is a legendary weapon awakened by the six-vessel ritual. The item itself is not in the client's public data yet.
• The questline has three stages, and each crafting profession may make a reagent.
• The solo encounter is against Archimonde, and Stormwraith shares health with Sylvestris Dusksong, a Hyjal Summit boss.
