Pick the spec you'll level as. Each spec has its own talents, professions, gear and way to fight.

• Feral CombatDamageRecommendedLv 20 · 6/5/0→Feral damage levels on Wrath and Thorns until Cat Form at 20. Both scale with spell power, so grab some early. Bear Form and Cat Form scale with your weapon's DPS, so once you shift, your weapon is always the most important upgrade.
• BalanceDamageLv 20 · 11/0/0→Balance kills one enemy at a time from range with Wrath. Wrath's base damage is lower, but spell power gear turns straight into damage, and mana is your real limit — pick your fights and expect to drink more. Treat a spell power weapon, early consumables, professions and dungeon gear as part of leveling, not something for later.
• Feral CombatTankLv 20 · 0/11/0→Druids have strong sustain and little downtime, but form damage is weak up to 20, so caster form is the smoother way to quest solo. Multiple enemies get dangerous fast, so aim for steady rather than fast. Dungeons are where this spec shines — once you have Swipe and Enrage, Bear tanking really comes together.
• RestorationHealerLv 20 · 0/0/11→Restoration handles dungeon healing comfortably at 20. The HoTs from Rejuvenation and Regrowth are strong, leaving plenty of time to regenerate mana, and direct heals are only needed now and then. Solo, talents that also boost damage let you quest quickly with Wrath.
