The Scourge lich Amnennar the Coldbringer has seized Razorfen Downs, once sacred ground of the quilboar. Quilboar allied with the Scourge and risen undead serve him.

Entrance At the southern tip of The Barrens, east of Razorfen Kraul (50.8, 92.8)

Fight through a quilboar den overrun by the Scourge and face the lich Amnennar the Coldbringer at the end.
